Cheers everyone!

We are now two weeks into November so by my standards (I could have posted this Nov. 1) it’s time to talk about Christmas and Blogmas!!DSC02936I am positive this will require I go out and buy decorations, bake cookies and cakes and pies, and generally add to the consumerism around Christmas. That being said…IT’S THE MOST WONDERFUL TIME OF THE YEAR – so yeah it’s entirely worth it.DSC02925I seriously love the holidays. When fall hits and the temperatures start to drop, my mind automatically turns to Christmas. It is a time of year for all my favorites – fires and fireplaces, cinnamon candles, decorating trees (and the whole house), blankets, warm drinks, more blankets, snow, snow activities, Christmas tunes, cold weather, snuggles – I could go on and on.DSC02939Now, on to the main topic – let’s talk about BLOGMAS. For those of you who do not know (this was me two weeks ago) blogmas begins the first of December and runs until Christmas. The task? To write a Christmas/holiday-related blog post every day until the 25th.

That’s right, I’m going to attempt the 25 days of blogmas and all 25 posts! I had to do quite a bit of research on ideas so I could at least work out a tentative schedule – if I didn’t have a plan for these posts there is no way I will get it done. I do now have a schedule and my 25 post ideas and am beginning preparation today! Hopefully by December 1st I will be good to go!IMG_0082
